Designed by Joseph W. Royer.  Built by L.B. King.  Listed on the National Register of Historic Placeson February 22, 1990 for significance in Education and Architecture (#90000115; part of Fraternity and Sorority Houses at the Urbana-Champaign Campus of the University of Illinois Multiple Property nomination).  Demolished in March 1994.  Removed from NRHP April 17, 2003.  Also known as Alpha Zeta Delta Chapter of Chi Psi.
